Online Domestic Policy

New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Salt & Steel Collective must be notified within 7 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

 

Online International Policy

New and unworn/unused items purchased online internationally are eligible for exchange only. Salt & Steel Collective must be notified within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods and a shipping invoice issued by Salt & Steel for freight from the store back to the customer must be paid prior to sending a package back for an exchange. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

 

Final Sale Policy

All custom ordered and pre-ordered pieces are final sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@saltandsteel.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 40142 SANTA BARBARA, CA 93140.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
