You may Exchange any full priced product purchased by mailing item(s) to our fulfillment center at the following address:

Please clearly state what you would like in exchange for the item you received on your packing slip which serves as your receipt, and write your address to send shipment back to, if different then original shipping address, and your order number. If you are exchanging your item, you must also purchase a Return Shipping item on our website in our Accessories category or click here. This covers the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Salt & Steel is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D

Once your item is received, your order will be processed and sent back. Exchanges are typically processed with in one week of them being received at our facility. If a item(s) you are exchanging for is out of stock you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. If the item(s) you are exchanging for require a balance due or credit refund, the original card used to make the purchase will show the transaction.

In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed with in 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns on items that have been wash or are damaged. Please send returned item(s) to the address above. Please include the same information for a return item as for one you are exchanging. Shipping is not refundable. Once your item(s) is returned to our facility the original card used to purchase the product will be credit the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax.
